The house
Behind its stone walls, L'Abbaye keeps alive the art of hospitality. Here, the table is set as it once was in the refectories: generous, sincere, without artifice. The region’s produce dictates the menu, and the fire does the rest.
Between vaults and wood panelling, every meal becomes a moment out of time — a business lunch, a dinner for two, a festive gathering. As for the cellar, it holds the best the mountains and the vineyards have to offer.
